We have four new nettle specialties:The smallest: ortichini, same stuff of tortellini, but is the nettle pastry, we make orticoni, filled with: Ricotta, PDO Parmigiano Reggiano 30 month's and parsley, a taste unique and flavorfull; our nettle tagliatelle: le ortichelle.
